Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
You can move to another plan whenever you like — you subscribe to the new one from your billing settings, which takes you through checkout again. Switching does not automatically prorate the part-month you have already paid for, so the tidiest time to change is at the end of a billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial. Checkout does ask for a card so the subscription can continue automatically, and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Pro does not include a trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, handled by Stripe. Enterprise plans are not paid by card: usage is invoiced at the end of each month with payment terms on the invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Does AI matching use up my credits?
Credits are spent on generative AI work, such as parsing an uploaded CV, AI writing help and the AI assistant.
