I started AiQlick after watching talented people get lost in the shuffle while teams burned hours on manual screening. Too many great candidates never get a fair look. Too many hiring managers drown in applications.

We built AiQlick to keep intake, outreach, and interviews in one shared workspace so teams see the same context. The AI organizes the busywork and follows up automatically, leaving recruiters free to spend time with people instead of chasing spreadsheets.
